WLA GrokBot Terms of Service

WLA GrokBot is a private automation tool operated by Woodline Acres, LLC for internal business use.

Authorized Use

WLA GrokBot is intended only for use by Woodline Acres, LLC and users specifically authorized by Woodline Acres, LLC. It is not offered as a public service.

Google Account Access

WLA GrokBot may connect to authorized Google accounts through Google OAuth in order to create, read, edit, organize, share, or delete files in Google Drive and Google Docs.

Access is limited to permissions granted by the authorized Google account holder.

User Responsibilities

Authorized users are responsible for ensuring that instructions given to WLA GrokBot are lawful and appropriate and that they have permission to access or modify the information involved.

Data and Security

WLA GrokBot uses reasonable technical safeguards to protect authentication credentials and information processed through the service.

Availability

WLA GrokBot is provided for internal business use and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
